What we collect and why

You send the contact form	Your name, email, phone number and company if you give them, the service you're interested in and your message.	To reply to your enquiry. The form is sent to us by email; we don't store it in a database on the website.
You use the chat assistant	The messages you type, and your voice if you use the voice option.	To answer your questions. Replies are generated with Google's Gemini service, so your messages are sent to Google for that purpose. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat.
You visit the site	Google Analytics records the pages you view, roughly where you are (city or region), your device and browser, and how you reached us, using cookies.	To understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We don't use it for advertising.
Every request to the site	Our web server logs the IP address, time and page requested.	To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

The only cookies on this site are Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_…), which tell repeat visits apart. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same without them.

Who we share it with

Google: Gemini, to answer chat messages, and Google Analytics, for site statistics. Google processes this data on its servers, which may be outside India.
Our web hosting and email providers, who run the website and deliver the contact form's email to us.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Contact form emails: as long as we need them to answer your enquiry and for any work that follows from it.
Google Analytics data: for the retention period set in our Analytics account, at most 14 months.
Server logs: only as long as needed to keep the site secure.

After that we delete the data or remove what identifies you.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of your personal data and who it was shared with, have it corrected, completed or updated, have it erased when we no longer need it, withdraw a consent you gave, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to support@dorontechsolutions.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Our products

Our software products have their own privacy notices: TBB CA and TBB Saathi and TBB GST Recon.

Children

This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

Changes

If we change this notice, we update the date at the top.
